微生物合成的β-羟基丁酸酯与β-羟基己酸酯共聚物/聚乳酸共混材料(PHBHHx/PLA)的力学性能与生物降解性研究

通过熔融共混法制备了聚乳酸/微生物产β-羟基丁酸酯与β-羟基己酸共聚物的共混物(PLA/PHBHHx)。采用拉伸力学试验研究了共混物的力学性能。通过土壤悬浊培养降解法和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析对共混材料的生物降解性能进行了研究。实验结果表明,随着PHBHHx含量的增加,共混物的拉伸强度和杨氏模量降低,而生物降解速率却显著提高。但是,在175h之前,重量组成比为20/80的共混物降解速率比纯PHBHHx还要快。综合分析表明,共混材料PLA/PHBHHx的重量比为20/80时,具有优良的力学性能和生物降解性。     

Effect of Particle Size and Capping on Photoluminescence Quantum Efficiency of 1,3,5-Triphenyl-2-pyrazoline Nanocrystals

Organic nanocrystals of 1,3,5-triphenyl-2-pyrazoline(TPP) with a series of sizes were synthesized by reprecipitation method.The luminescence quantum efficiency of TPP nanocrystals increases from 24.2% for the nanocrystals with an average size of 300nm to 34.6% for those with an average size of 20nm.Surface capping by polyvinyl pyrrolidone(PVP) will improve the quantum efficiency of TPP nanocrystals.The size-dependence and capping-induced variation of the luminescence quantum efficiency was elucidated in viewpoint of aggregation quenching and the equilibrium between the TPP monomers and the aggregates in TPP nanocrystals.

In Situ Fabrication of ZnS Semiconductor Nanoparticles in Layered Organic-inorganic Solid Template

Ordered ZnS semiconductor nanoparticles were in situ synthesized in metal halide perovskite organic/inorganic layered hybrids (CnH2n 1NH3)2ZnCl4 (n=10 and 12) by reaction of their spin-casting films with H2S gas. Transmission electron microscopy, UV-vis spectroscopy and small-angle X-ray diffraction were used to characterize the morphology and the structure of formed nanoparticles. Obtained results indicate an effective way to incorporate functional inorganic nanoparticles into structured organic matrices.     

PEAK IDENTIFICATION FROM INTERACTION INDEX IN REVERSED-PHASE HIGH-PERFORMANCE LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHY

The interaction index c which was derived from the fundamental retention equationlogk' =a + cC_B in reversed--phase high--performancc liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) quan-titatively describes the difference in the interaction between solute--strong. solvent andsolute--weak solvent; it has shown to be a constant for a specific solute even when columnsystems with different C18 packings are used. The theoretical basis for peak identificationby using interaction index has been proposed, which was based on the a,c values on stan-dard C18 column by utilizing linear a-a plots on column pairs and the linear relationship be-tween parameters a and c for the structural related compounds. Through the establishmentof parameters a,c data based on the standard C18 column for a certain type of compounds,the retention of thesc compounds on various C18 columns can be predicted. Typical exam-ples have been given to verify the correctness of this method.     

Theoretical Study on the Isomerization Mechanism of Enol Ester from 2-Acyl-1, 3-cyclohexanediones

The present paper employed density function theory to investigate two reaction pathways for isomerization of enol ester proposed by Yang(path a) and the present authors(path a), respectively. The base catalytic effects of solvent triethylamine on these two reactions were also evaluated. It is demonstrated that path B is more preferable than path a due to low barrier height for the rate-determining step.

毛细管胶束电动色谱对复方药物有效成分的定量研究

本文报道采用毛细管胶束电动色谱法对复方药物去痛片和感冒灵中有效成分进行了分离和定量研究。以0.05毫米内径、45厘米长的弹性石英毛细管为分离柱,用十二烷基硫酸钠胶束溶液,在选定的实验条件下,各组分在十几分钟内就能很好的分离。采用两点内标法定量,所得结果与HPLC法测定结果相一致。该法具有装置简单,无需价格昂贵的分离柱,样品预处理简单等优点,可在药物分析中推广。     

More on limit theorems for iterates of probability measures on semigroups and groups

Summary In this paper, we continue earlier works of one of the authors on vague convergence of the sequence _k,n= _k+1 *...* _n, where _n is a sequence of probability measures on semigroups or groups. Typical results in this paper are: Theorem. Let S be a locally compact noncompact second countable group such that being the support of a probability measure on S. Suppose there exists an open set V with compact closure such that x ^–1 Vx=V for every xS. Then for all compact sets K, sup{ ⁿ (Kx): xS0 as n. Theorem. Let S be an at most countable discrete group. Let _n be a sequence of probability measures on S. Then for all nonnegative integers k, the sequence _k,n converges vaguely to some probability measure if and only if there exists a finite subgroup G such that the series and for any proper subgroup G of G and any choice of elements g_n in S, the series .
